Ski Dubai boasts five (5) runs that vary in degree of difficult, height and gradient, with the longest run being 400 meters with a fall of over 60 meters. Guests can challenge their skills on the world's first indoor black run or practice turns on the careful beginner slopes. Skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels will enjoy these various slopes and snowboarders can also practice their stunts in the Freestyle Zone. Parents and children alike will have lots of fun in the huge interactive Snow Park, which is the largest indoor snow park in the world at 3000 square meters (32,292 square feet.) Guests don't have to worry about ski clothing or equipment, as Ski Dubai accommodates guests with the use of winter clothing, ski and snowboard equipment. Skis will carry guests down the slope, and the quad-chairlift and tow lift will conveniently carry them back to the top for another fun run. Other amenities at the Ski Dubai include modern ticketing system, Changing areas with locker rental, Private kids party room. Ski Dubai occupies an area of 22,500 square meters ( 242,187 square feet), roughly the size of 3 football fields, and is 85 meters high (about 25 stories) and 80 meters wide (262 feet.)

Guests at the Ski Dubai can take a break and enjoy themed restaurants; St Moritz Café at the entrance, and Avalanche Café at mid-station, with great views of the slope. The exclusive retail shop, Snow Pro, has experienced staff to guide guests on equipment needs and the team of professional Snow School instructors offer guidance and instruction through the simple, fun process of learning to ski or snowboard.

Ski Dubai opens at either 9:00 or 10:00 and closes at 23:00 or 24:00, depending on the day of the week. Sale of tickets stops 90 minutes prior to closing.

Ski Dubai offers different ticket packages with different prices, with all prices being in AED, dirham (AED or Dh) with exchange rates: £1=7.33AED, €1=4.94AED, $1=3.67AED. An adult is anyone 13 and over, while a child is anyone 12 and under.

A slope pass at the Ski Dubai includes Jacket, Skis, Snowboard, Ski poles, Helmets for children, Trousers, Ski Boots, Snowboard Boots, Disposable socks.

Prices for Snow Park are 80 for adult and 75 for child. Prices for Ski Slope (2 hours) are 180 for adult and 150 for Child, with extension (per hour) 40 for adult and 30 for child. A Ski Slope Day Pass is 300 for adult and 240 for a Child.

Ski Dubai offers group lessons. Discovery Lesson (1 hour) is 150. Adult Group Lesson (90 minutes) is 220. Child Group Lesson (90 minutes) is 190. Youngster (3-6 years old) is 160 per hour.

There are also private lessons offered at the Ski Dubai. A Private Lesson for One (1 hour) is 595. An additional person costs 150 each. There is a maximum of three people per private lesson.
